TPCDC employs a well-qualified and highly dedicated staff. All staff are certified by Maryland's Office of Child Care and participate in regular professional training. TPCDC prides itself on attracting superior staff and retaining them for many years. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR. We take great pride and responsibility to keep safe, educate and nurture the children within our care.
